Privacy Policy — FuseStack
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how FuseStack ("the app", "we") handles data when you use the application. FuseStack is developed by KiCla Games.
Summary
- FuseStack requires no account or sign-up.
- Your progress (levels, coins, stats, cosmetics) is stored on your device and, if you enable "Save progress to Apple account", in your personal iCloud — never on our servers.
- We do not collect or sell your personal data.
- The app shows optional, rewarded video ads (never forced or interstitial), served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to personalize them, subject to your authorization.
1. Locally stored data
Game progress — campaign levels, coins, power-ups, achievements, statistics, cosmetic preferences (skins, themes, sounds, etc.) and settings — is stored on your device's local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your phone unless you enable iCloud sync below.
2. iCloud (optional)
If you enable "Save progress to Apple account" in Settings, the same progress is also saved to your personal iCloud (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore), using your Apple ID, to sync across your own devices. We have no access to this data — it stays entirely under Apple's and your account's control. You can disable this at any time in the app's Settings.
3. Game Center (optional)
If signed in to Game Center, FuseStack may submit your scores to leaderboards and report unlocked achievements. This integration is managed entirely by Apple — see Apple's Privacy Policy for how Game Center handles your data. You can manage this integration in your device Settings (Settings ▸ Game Center).
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
FuseStack uses Google AdMob to show optional, rewarded video ads (e.g., "watch a video for bonus coins"). You are never required to watch an ad to play.
To show ads, AdMob may access device identifiers, including the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), to measure ad performance and, if authorized, personalize ads. Before any ad request, we present:
- A consent form (via Google User Messaging Platform, mainly for users in the EEA/UK/Switzerland);
- An App Tracking Transparency authorization request, which you may accept or decline.
If you decline, you can still play and may see non-personalized ads (when available) — no gameplay feature is ever locked behind this choice.
See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's AdMob information for details on how Google handles this data.
5. Diagnostic data
The app logs internal events (e.g., "ad shown", "reward earned") for local debugging only, via the device's own logging system (os.Logger). These logs are never sent to any server of ours or shared.
6. In-app purchases
In this version, FuseStack does not include in-app purchases — all content is unlocked by playing. If that changes in a future version, this policy will be updated, and purchases will be processed exclusively by Apple (StoreKit), which handles payment data — we never have access to your card number or billing details.
7. Children's data
FuseStack is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Ads shown respect the general content rating configured in AdMob.
8. Your rights
Since we do not maintain an account or user database, there is no personal data of ours to access, correct, or delete — to erase all local progress, simply uninstall the app (and, if enabled, disable iCloud sync first, or remove the data via iPhone Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Storage). For Game Center or iCloud matters, contact Apple directly per the policy linked above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes (e.g., introducing purchases or new ad partners). The date at the top reflects the latest version.
